Want to know something about me?
Want to know something about me? I think and can communicate best when I write things out...or just not to someone’s face.
The moment I’m in front of someone and they ask me a question or want to know what I think about something, I stumble on my words. I feel like I need to have a quick response or I subconsciously think they’re going to judge me.
This leaves my posts full of thoughts and my stories often times empty. Even though they say that your stories should basically be your behind the scenes and where you’re the most real.
We are coming off a week that’s just been rough. From only screams, to no sleep, to a LOT of teeth coming in, to everyone just needing a stinking break.
All of these things together have honestly got me in a really weird place with my emotions and relationships. I’m overloaded and mentally tired and my regrouping comes when we leave the house. So we leave it a lot.
To the moms who need a break + learn how to communicate to adults again...you’re not alone. I hear you. I feel you. I see you.
Now go find yourself again and get back to it!
