How far technology has come.

It’s crazy to think how far technology has come. How connected or disconnected it has made us. While we spend hours online those surrounding us in person don’t have our attention.

I’ve fallen guilty of being sucked into this “social media world”. I refuse for my kids to grow up differently from what I was born into.

Spending your days outside, drinking water from the hose, running around with your neighbors.. everything was so different. My kids were born into this new time.

But it doesn’t mean they have to be suckers of it. Although they do have their designated watch time— imagination play comes first.⁣ ⁣

We were quite fortunate enough to be gifted this lovely playhouse by @be_mindful_kids <3 The kiddos have spent their hot summer days outside, drawing with some chalk, jumping on the trampoline, swinging along, and playing “house”. ⁣
